"Chelsea Man Arrested for Possession of Thousands of Child Pornography Images and Videos"

Timothy Brown, 38, of Chelsea, was arrested for possession of child pornography after authorities found thousands of photos and hundreds of videos of child sexual abuse material on his phone. A search of a memory card revealed over 700 videos and 2,700 photos containing child sexual abuse material. Brown is being held on $100,000 cash bail and is set to be arraigned in Chelsea District Court next week. Another man, Kenneth Higgins, was also arrested earlier in the week for similar charges, and evidence suggests that Brown and Higgins are friends.
