Thirteen people were injured in a chaotic scene in Syracuse, N.Y., after police responded to shots fired at a "large gathering of hundreds of people." Four people were found with gunshot wounds, six had lacerations from apparent stabbing attacks, and three were hit by cars while trying to flee the scene. All 13 victims are expected to recover. Police have not named any suspects and the investigation is ongoing.
