Capture of Wisconsin Homicide Suspect in Clay County

A wanted homicide suspect from Wisconsin, Jose E. Dominguez-Garcia, was found in Gladstone, Missouri, after two years of being on the run. He was located through an automated license plate reader that detected a stolen vehicle. Dominguez-Garcia, who had multiple ID cards and gave different names, was eventually identified and is currently in custody at the Clay County detention center.
