"California Police Arrest 3 in Connection with Transnational Burglary Ring"

Irvine police arrested three Chilean nationals who were allegedly part of an international organized crime ring carrying out residential burglaries in the area. The men were found with burglary tools and appeared to be casing the area, leading to their arrest for conspiracy to commit burglary, providing false information to a police officer, and possession of burglary tools.
