Marcus Anthony Eriz was sentenced to 40 years to life in prison for fatally shooting 6-year-old Aiden Leos in a road rage incident in Southern California. The boy was struck by a bullet fired by Eriz after his mother gave them the middle finger. Eriz was found guilty of second-degree murder and shooting at an occupied motor vehicle. His girlfriend, Wynne Lee, has been charged as an accessory after the fact and for having a concealed firearm in a vehicle.
