"Brooklyn Man Surrenders to Police After Fatal Stabbing of Teen Twins"

Veo Kelly, a 20-year-old man, turned himself in to face charges in the fatal stabbing of 19-year-old Samyia Spain and the stabbing of her twin sister outside a Brooklyn bodega. Kelly, who didn't know the sisters, allegedly attacked them after they rebuffed his advances. He has prior arrests for attacking his ex-girlfriend and another woman.
