Brockton Police Investigate Series of Fatal Stabbings and Robbery

A 41-year-old man was found stabbed to death on Belmont Avenue in Brockton, Massachusetts, early Saturday morning. Police officers who were investigating a robbery discovered the victim lying on the ground. The man was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The stabbing is being investigated by Brockton police and the Massachusetts State Police detective unit assigned to the case. The victim has not been identified yet.
