Border Patrol agents caught on camera shooting tribal member in Arizona.

Newly released body camera footage shows Border Patrol agents shooting and killing Raymond Mattia, a tribal member, in southern Arizona. The video shows Mattia throwing a sheathed machete at a tribal officer and then holding out his arm. After he was shot, an agent declared that he still had a gun in his hand, but no firearm was found. The Pima County Medical Examiner's report showed that Mattia had nine gunshot wounds and had a high blood alcohol level and drugs in his system. The FBI and Tohono O’odham Nation are investigating the shooting, and the agents involved are on leave with pay.
