"Berkeley Co. Deputies Arrest Man After High-Speed Chase and Crash on I-26"

Devonta Gabrial Frasier, 28, was arrested by Berkeley County deputies after a police chase ended in a crash on I-26. He faces charges including possession with intent to distribute marijuana and failure to stop for blue lights and sirens, as well as multiple outstanding warrants. The chase began when a deputy observed Frasier's vehicle driving erratically, and it ended with Frasier jumping out of the moving vehicle before being apprehended by North Charleston Police. Approximately 39.5 grams of marijuana were found in his possession.
