"Beloved NY Swan Killed and Eaten, Teens Charged"

Three teenagers have been charged with grand larceny, criminal mischief, conspiracy, and criminal trespassing after killing and eating Faye, a beloved swan who lived in an Upstate New York pond. The suspects, who were neighborhood friends, hopped the Manlius Swan Pond fence in the middle of the night during Memorial Day weekend, held down and killed Faye at the pond, and ate her. The suspects expressed that they believed the swan was just "a very large duck." The incident was caught on surveillance footage. Two of Faye's babies were found at a shopping center, and the other two were found at a home in Syracuse. The Village of Manlius is currently taking care of the four babies.
