Beloved Dog Stolen at Gunpoint in DC Found Safe, Owner Reunited

The circumstances of the dog's recovery and its condition are currently unknown. The suspect, who pointed a gun at the owner and demanded the dog, fled the scene in a dark minivan with another individual. The owner is expected to be reunited with Max soon.
