Beale Street shooting suspect apprehended

A man was arrested after a shooting on Beale Street in Memphis, where a man was found with a gunshot wound on the side of his head. Witnesses identified the shooter as 32-year-old Archie Mays, who was already handcuffed by Beale Street security when officers arrived. Mays allegedly fired a gun after the victim pushed him for pouring a drink on his cart, grazing the victim's head and hitting a bystander's hand. Mays is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and his bond was set at $150,000.
