Barry Morphew blames Suzanne for "bad decisions" before disappearance.

Barry Morphew, who was once charged with the murder of his wife Suzanne Morphew, has filed a $15 million lawsuit against authorities and maintained his innocence in an interview with ABC News. Morphew was arrested in May 2021 and charged with first-degree murder before the case was dismissed last year. His wife's body has never been found. Morphew's daughters also expressed their support for their father's innocence. Prosecutors have said Suzanne Morphew was ready to leave her husband, telling him in a text message shortly before her disappearance that “I’m done.”
