"Auburn University Student Arrested for Alleged Rape"

An Auburn University student, Christopher Reid Mikuta, has been arrested on a first-degree rape charge following a felony grand jury indictment. The incident occurred nearly a year ago, and Mikuta is accused of raping a known acquaintance who was physically helpless or mentally incapacitated. Mikuta is no longer a student at Auburn University and is currently awaiting a bond hearing in the Lee County Jail.
