Arrests Made in Bold Federal Hill Bank Heist

Two suspects wanted in connection with a bank heist in Federal Hill have been apprehended after weeks on the run. The suspects, Tracey Delgado and Stanley Palmer, were taken into custody in Pawtucket. Another suspect, Justine Fernandes, was previously arrested. Court documents reveal that a storage unit raided in North Providence contained $24,345 in cash and evidence. The suspects have been charged with breaking and entering, larceny, and conspiracy. Surveillance video showed the suspects, one of whom was a former bank employee, entering the bank's vault using an employee access code. Delgado and Palmer are expected to be arraigned on Thursday.
