"Arrested Portland Man Foiled in Alleged Central Oregon Event Attack Plot"

A 39-year-old man from Portland, Samson Zebturiah Garner, was arrested in Central Oregon for allegedly planning an attack at a local event. Law enforcement officials discovered two pistols, an AR-15 rifle, and body armor in Garner's vehicle. He is facing 27 charges, including four counts of attempted murder and 15 counts of unlawful use of a weapon.
