Arrest made in violent home invasion that injured elderly woman in Valley Station

A 30-year-old woman, Jamara Hondrea Cureton, has been arrested for a violent home invasion in Valley Station, Louisville, which left an 82-year-old woman hospitalized with severe injuries. Cureton confessed to breaking into the victim's home and assaulting her, as well as being involved in two other recent home invasions. She stole valuable items and demanded cash from the victims, and police released blurry surveillance images of her carrying a hatchet and a crowbar.
