"Arrest Made in Stolen Mercedes SUV Pursuit, Passenger Still at Large"

A driver of a suspected stolen vehicle led Los Angeles police and California Highway Patrol on a dangerous pursuit, reaching speeds of nearly 120 miles per hour and repeatedly driving on the wrong side of the road. The pursuit involved dangerous maneuvers, including driving through crowded parking lots and on the wrong side of the road through oncoming traffic. The driver was eventually taken into custody after attempting to flee on foot, while the whereabouts of the passenger remain unknown.
