Arrest made in Owatonna homicide case.

The Owatonna Police Department has arrested Jason Lee Horner in connection to the homicide investigation of Sabrina Schnoor. Horner was taken into custody without incident after authorities executed a warrant at an apartment in Waseca. The South-Central Drug Investigative Unit SWAT team, Waseca Police Department, and River Valley SWAT team assisted in the arrest. Authorities are asking for anyone with additional information to contact OPD.
