Arrest made in Newton triple homicide case.

Christopher Ferguson, a 41-year-old man, has been arrested and charged in connection with the brutal stabbing deaths of three people in a home in Newton, Massachusetts. The victims were Gilda and Bruno D’Amore, 73 and 74 respectively, and Gilda’s mother, Lucia Arpino, 97. Ferguson is charged with the murder of Gilda D’Amore, and additional murder charges are likely after the other two autopsies are conducted. Evidence at the crime scene, including a footprint in blood, helped connect Ferguson to the crime. A neighbor’s video also caught him walking near the victim’s home around the time of the murders.
