Arrest Made in Murder of Texas High School Cheerleader

An "undocumented" man, Rafael Govea Romero, has been arrested and charged with the murder of 16-year-old Texas high school cheerleader Lizbeth Medina, who was found dead in her bathtub. The circumstances of the killing and the relationship between Romero and Medina are unknown. The arrest came after extensive investigation by the Edna Police Department and Texas Rangers. Medina's mother discovered her daughter's body after she failed to participate in a Christmas parade. The suspect was identified through security footage and has a previous arrest record.
