A man named Jarius Brown has been charged with attempted murder and wanton endangerment after allegedly shooting at someone following a physical altercation in Morgantown, West Virginia. The incident prompted a Community Notice from West Virginia University. Brown, who had worked at Fat Daddy's that night, was identified through witness descriptions and surveillance footage. He is currently in custody at the North Central Regional Jail.
