Arrest made in connection with Portsmouth High School shooting threat.

Kyle Hendrickson, 25, was arrested in Maine and charged with criminal threatening with a firearm after making a threat to shoot up Portsmouth High School in a video posted on Snapchat. The threat led to the closure of all Portsmouth schools on Thursday, but police and school officials have declared the community safe to return to school on Friday. This is the second time this year schools have had to close down because of violent threats made.
