Arrest Made in Boothbay Harbor Shooting and Standoff

A man has been arrested following a shooting in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots near an apartment complex, and a victim was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds. The suspect, Matthew Plummer, was seen going back into an apartment and was involved in a standoff with police before being taken into custody. He faces charges of aggravated attempted murder and violating his conditions of release. The investigation is ongoing.
