Arkansas Massage Parlor Owner Arrested for Human Trafficking

The owner of an Arkansas massage parlor, Zhuo Liu, has been arrested for human trafficking after a woman was found locked inside the business. The woman reported being forced to perform sexual acts on behalf of Liu. Multiple agencies, including the FBI, were involved in Liu's arrest. She has been charged with trafficking of persons, false imprisonment, and promoting prostitution. The number of victims is unknown, and none of them are from the local area. Witnesses describe Liu as someone who spoke little English and frequently traveled to Chicago.
