Annapolis Parking Dispute Leads to Fatal Shooting

An Annapolis man has been arrested and charged with three counts of second-degree murder, three counts of first-degree assault, three counts of attempted murder, and use of a handgun in a crime after fatally shooting three people and injuring three others outside a home in Annapolis on Sunday night. Witnesses reported that the shooting stemmed from a dispute over street parking. The suspect, Charles Robert Smith, appeared in court on Wednesday and is being held without bond. The FBI and ATF are assisting Annapolis Police in their investigation.
