"Amended Complaint Filed in Elijah Vue Case; Missing Toddler's Blanket Found"

Prosecutors have filed an amended criminal complaint against Jesse Vang, boyfriend of Katrina Baur, in the case of missing 3-year-old Elijah Vue. The new complaint changes the charge to chronic neglect of a child, as party to a crime, and includes more extensive details about Vang and Baur's interactions, as well as concerning photos and messages related to Elijah's well-being. Vang is due back in court on Thursday, and the complaint notes his previous conviction for child abuse.
