"Amber Alert: Missing 5-Year-Old Believed to be with Suspect"

An Amber Alert has been issued for 5-year-old Lela Black, who is believed to be with her father, Byron Black, a murder suspect in the death of her mother, Kelly Black. The Kentucky State Police are investigating Kelly's death after she was found shot in the back of the head. Lela is described as having brown hair and brown eyes, 3′6″ tall, and weighing 40 pounds, while Byron is described as 6′0″ tall, weighing 180 pounds, and suspected to be armed and dangerous. Byron is believed to be driving a 1996 White Silverado with a California license plate number 5J83779.
