Aiden Fucci's Mother Sentenced for Evidence Tampering in Tristyn Bailey's Murder.

Crystal Smith, the mother of convicted teenage killer Aiden Fucci, has been sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years of probation for tampering with evidence in the murder of Tristyn Bailey. Smith washed blood out of her son's jeans after he killed Bailey on Mother's Day 2021. Fucci was sentenced to life in prison for the brutal murder of Bailey, who was stabbed 114 times. Smith's lawyer claimed she didn't know why her son's jeans were bloody when she washed them. Tristyn Bailey's mother gave an emotional victim impact statement, saying Smith's actions will haunt her for the rest of her life.
