Accused shooter in Kaylin Gillis case denied bail again.

Kevin Monahan, the man accused of shooting and killing Kaylin Gillis, has been denied bail again by a judge in Warren County. Monahan's legal team tried to argue that he should be released ahead of a possible trial, but the judge found enough reason to believe he could be a flight risk based on the seriousness of the second-degree murder charge. Monahan is accused of shooting Gillis when she was in a car that was turning around in his driveway after getting lost.
