Accused matricide suspect Nathan Carman found dead in jail cell.

Nathan Carman, who was indicted on federal charges of murder on the high seas for allegedly killing his mother during a fishing trip, was found dead in his cell at a New Hampshire jail. His death is not considered suspicious based on the results of an autopsy. Carman was also previously identified as a suspect in the shooting death of his wealthy grandfather in Connecticut three years earlier. The federal case against him was dismissed at the request of prosecutors following his death. The state medical examiner’s office and the Keene Police Department are investigating his death.
