7 Virginia Deputies Charged with Second-Degree Murder in Inmate's Death.

Seven deputies from Henrico County, Virginia, have been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection to the death of inmate Irvo Otieno, who died while in police custody earlier this month. The deputies were placed on administrative leave and are scheduled to appear before a grand jury on March 21. The Henrico County Sheriff's Office is conducting an independent review of the incident and is cooperating with another investigation by Virginia State Police.
