13-year-old driver arrested after fatal crash involving Woodland woman.

A 13-year-old who stole a family member's car and led police on a chase crashed into two other cars in Woodland, causing them to catch on fire. The crash killed 43-year-old Tina Vital, who had just received her truck driving license and was the mother of two. Her adult son, daughter, and 5-year-old granddaughter were also in the car and are in critical condition. The community is in shock, and the teenage driver will be booked on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and evading causing injuries.
