12-year-old Secret Pierce killed in Hartford drive-by shooting.

A 12-year-old girl, Secret Pierce, was killed and three others were injured in a drive-by shooting in Hartford, Connecticut. The suspects appeared to target three males who were standing on a sidewalk, but Pierce was an innocent bystander sitting in a parked car when she was shot in the head. The three other victims, males ages 16, 18, and 23, were expected to survive. Pierce was a seventh-grader at Milner Middle School, and her death has left the community mourning. Several children, nearly all of them teens, have been fatally shot in Hartford over the past several years.
