10 Arrested in Abduction and Murder of Ithaca Homeless Man

Ten people have been charged in the abduction and death of a homeless man in Ithaca, New York. The victim, Thomas Rath, was reported missing in May and his remains were found in a shallow grave in August. Two of the suspects face second-degree murder charges, while the others face first-degree kidnapping charges.
