"Arrest Made in Fatal I-95 Crash Killing FHP Trooper and Truck Driver"

Michael Anthony Addison, a 30-year-old Broward man, faces 12 charges, including two counts of killing a human with a vehicle, after causing a fatal crash on I-95 that claimed the lives of a Florida Highway Patrol trooper and a truck driver. The trooper, Zachary Fink, was killed while attempting to detain Addison, a convicted felon, who was fleeing from authorities. Fink's patrol car collided with an 18-wheeler as he pursued the suspect, who made an illegal U-turn and drove against traffic on the highway. The truck driver was also pronounced dead at the scene. Addison was eventually taken into custody after a manhunt.
