The remains of Sandra Lemire, who went missing in 2012, were found in a retention pond near Walt Disney World by a volunteer dive group, Sunshine State Sonar. The discovery was made after the group received a tip about her last cell phone tower ping. The red minivan she was last seen driving was also located, ending a nearly 12-year search and bringing closure to her family, who had feared foul play.
