Fatal Police Shooting in Pittsburgh's South Side Slopes

A man is dead following an officer-involved shooting in the South Side Slopes area of Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert and found a man outside a home, after which police fired shots, ultimately leading to the man's death. The Allegheny County Police are investigating whether the man fired shots at the officers, and are urging anyone with information or video footage to come forward.
