"Arrest in New Year's Day Double Homicide Involving Indianapolis Firefighter"

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) arrested Jason Lapsley for the New Year's Day double homicide of Justin Boyd, a local firefighter, and Jasmine Ivy, a law school graduate.
