"Armed Woman Arrested After Injuring Two Officers in Burnsville Standoff"

A woman was arrested and two Tri-City Tactical Team members sustained minor injuries after an hours-long standoff in Burnsville, Minnesota, which started with reports of a gunshot inside a home.
