"Arrest Made in 20-Year-Old Rochester Arson Case That Claimed Young Girl's Life"

Timothy Kuhn has been arrested and charged with murder and arson for the 2004 death of 8-year-old Savannah Streber in a Rochester, New York fire. The case, which had gone cold, was revived with new information leading to a grand jury indictment. Kuhn, who had a volatile relationship with the victim's mother and was under a no-contact order at the time of the fire, was taken into custody in Florida and is now held without bail in Monroe County Jail.
