"Multiple Trunk-or-Treat Events Offer Safe Halloween Fun for All"

Shreveport Parks and Recreation is hosting a citywide trunk-or-treat event on Halloween from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Cargill Sports Complex parking lot, providing families with a safer alternative to celebrate Halloween. Dozens of sponsors, including Healthy Blue, will be distributing goodies to families, and participants are encouraged to share their costumes with KTBS.
