Chris Licht's Turbulent Departure from CNN: Lessons Learned.

Chris Licht has released a statement following his exit from CNN, saying that he learned a lot during his 13-month tenure. Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav announced that Licht would be succeeded in the interim by a leadership team that includes Amy Entelis, Virginia Moseley, and Eric Sherling, as well as David Leavy, who had already been announced as COO. Licht's tumultuous tenure started before he even started at CNN, as he was tasked with shutting down CNN+, the network's short-lived subscription streaming service.
