I-95 Closed in Philadelphia After Tanker Truck Fire and Highway Collapse

A portion of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia collapsed following a large vehicle fire, which is being treated as a hazmat situation. The highway is completely collapsed on the northbound lanes, while the southbound lanes are compromised.
