False Alarm: No Threat Found After Report of Active Shooter at St. John's Prep School

Students, faculty, and staff at St. John's Prep in Danvers, Massachusetts, sheltered in place after a report of an active shooter at Benjamin Hall. Police found no threat or injuries after nearly an hour of investigation. Parents were asked to reunite with their children at a nearby Stop & Shop. Another active shooter threat was reported at Boston College High School, but it appeared to be a hoax call.
