Owner Faces Charges for Abandoning Dog at Pittsburgh Airport

Allison Gaiser, the owner of a dog abandoned at Pittsburgh International Airport, has been charged with a misdemeanor count of animal cruelty, as well as summary violations of animal cruelty, animal neglect, and abandonment of animals by owner. Gaiser left the dog near short-term parking before boarding a flight to Mexico. The dog is currently being fostered by Animal Friends and is in good health.
