A dog named Connie was rescued from a shipping container at a Texas port by Coast Guard inspectors after being trapped for over a week. The inspectors heard barking and scratching while randomly selecting containers for inspection and found Connie, who was tired, hungry, and skinny. She was likely trapped in a container filled with junked vehicles and was on her way to be sold for parts overseas.
