"Coast Guard Saves Dog Trapped in Texas Shipping Container for a Week"

The U.S. Coast Guard rescued a dog named Connie from a shipping container at the Port of Houston after hearing barking and scratching while inspecting containers. Connie had been trapped for at least a week and was found inside a container full of totaled cars. After being rescued, Connie was taken to an animal shelter for treatment and is awaiting adoption.
