Woman in Critical Condition After Lightning Strike at Boston Beach

A 31-year-old woman walking her dog at Savin Hill Beach in Boston was critically injured after being struck by lightning. She was thrown onto the beach and was unresponsive, but witnesses performed CPR and she was transported to Boston Medical Center in critical condition. Another woman who was with her was thrown in a different direction but not struck. The victim's dog, Bruce, ran off after being scared by the lightning. Authorities have asked the public to contact them if they see the missing dog.
