Fatal Carbon Monoxide Incident Claims Lives of 3 Men in Kansas City, Missouri

Three men have died and one is in critical condition after a report of carbon monoxide in Kansas City, Missouri. The Kansas City Fire Department responded to the incident and found three deceased Hispanic men and one man in critical condition. An investigation has determined that an indoor generator is suspected of causing the carbon monoxide poisoning. This incident follows a similar one in November where two men and a teenage male died from carbon monoxide poisoning caused by a gas-powered generator.
